Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Wireclaw platform ("Service"), operated by Synecto LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wireclaw is an autonomous AI agent platform that allows you to deploy, orchestrate, and manage long-running AI agents across messaging channels (including but not limited to Telegram, Discord, Slack, WhatsApp, and email). The Service provides:

  • Agent configuration and deployment through a web interface
  • Routing of requests to third-party large language model (LLM) providers
  • Autonomous tool execution (browser, shell, web search, HTTP requests, file operations)
  • Persistent agent memory and workspace storage
  • Integration with messaging channels and external APIs
  • MCP (Model Context Protocol) server support

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. Authentication is provided through Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Billing & Payment

The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go model. There are no monthly subscriptions or recurring fees.

  • New accounts receive a welcome credit balance upon registration.
  • You are charged for actual usage: LLM token consumption and tool execution compute time.
  • You may add credits to your account balance at any time.
  • You may set daily and monthly spending limits per agent.
  • When your balance is depleted, active agents will be gracefully paused. You may resume them by adding credits.
  • Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Pricing details and current rates are available on the Service's pricing page. We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
  • Distribute malware, spam, or conduct phishing attacks
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, cost controls, or security measures
  • Abuse compute resources, including cryptocurrency mining or denial-of-service activities
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Access or attempt to access other users' accounts, agents, or data
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice, depending on the severity of the violation.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Synecto LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.

7. Your Content & Agent Data

You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service, including agent configurations, workspace files, system prompts, memory data, and any outputs generated by your agents ("Your Content").

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We do not claim ownership over Your Content and will not use it for training AI models.

You are responsible for the content your agents generate and the actions they perform. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You should review agent outputs before relying on them for critical decisions.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including:

  • LLM providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) — your prompts and agent interactions are sent to these providers for inference
  • Messaging platforms (e.g., Telegram, Discord, Slack) — messages are routed through their APIs
  • Authentication (Firebase/Google) — for account management
  • Payment processors — for billing transactions

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; (b) AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose; (c) agents will perform as expected in all circumstances; or (d) defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNECTO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Synecto LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content or your agents' actions and outputs; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice, except in cases of severe violations where immediate action is warranted.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your workspace data available for export for 30 days following termination, after which it may be permanently deleted. Any remaining credit balance at the time of termination is non-refundable.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
