Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 23, 2026
Synecto LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our") operates the Wireclaw platform ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our Service.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect information provided through Firebase Authentication, which may include your email address, display name, and profile photo. If you sign in via a third-party provider (e.g., Google), we receive basic profile information from that provider.
Agent & Workspace Data
We store the data you create through the Service, including:
- Agent configurations (model selection, system prompts, tool settings, channel bindings)
- Workspace files (instructions, memory files, runtime state)
- Agent conversation history and memory data
Usage & Billing Data
We collect data related to your use of the Service, including:
- Token consumption and compute usage per agent
- Billing transactions and credit balance history
- Agent session durations and activity logs
Technical Data
We automatically collect certain technical information, including IP address, browser type, device information, and access timestamps. This data is used for security, analytics, and service improvement.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Process billing and manage your account balance
- Deploy and run your AI agents across messaging channels
- Store and restore agent workspaces between sessions
- Provide customer support
- Monitor and prevent abuse, fraud, and security threats
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the Service
- Communicate with you about the Service (updates, security alerts, billing notifications)
We do not use your agent data, prompts, or workspace content to train AI models.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored across several systems:
- Agent workspaces are stored as encrypted archives in cloud object storage (S3-compatible)
- Account and configuration data is stored in PostgreSQL databases
- Session state is managed through Redis with automatic expiration
- Authentication is handled by Firebase with industry-standard security practices
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers to function. When you use the Service, your data may be shared with:
- LLM providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) — your agent prompts, conversation context, and tool results are sent to the selected LLM provider for inference. These providers have their own data handling policies.
- Messaging platforms (e.g., Telegram, Discord, Slack) — messages are transmitted through their APIs to deliver agent responses.
- Firebase / Google Cloud — for authentication and identity management.
- Payment processors — for processing credit purchases. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:
- Account information is retained until you delete your account
- Agent workspaces are retained while the agent exists and for 30 days after deletion
- Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations
- Technical logs are retained for up to 90 days
After account termination, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion — request deletion of your personal data
- Export — request your data in a portable, machine-readable format
- Restriction — request that we limit processing of your data
- Objection — object to certain types of data processing
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at legal@synecto.cloud. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our legal basis for processing your data is the performance of our contract with you (these Terms of Service) and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service.
7. Cookies & Analytics
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We may also use analytics tools to understand how the Service is used. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will provide additional notice via email or through the Service.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
